“Root canal” conjured up nightmarish expectations but that did not happen. The procedure was painless and performed quickly. Dr. Patel and his assistant, Julie, immediately put me at ease and engaged in light conversation that made the whole experience seem casual and “ normal”! Lisa on office staff was polite, efficient and knowledgeable in insurance information. Every aspect of this practice contributes to an overall positive experience. But that’s not the end of it…Dr. Patel called me in the evening to see how I was doing…who does that?? I have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice…great people!
