Thank you for correcting my tooth pain with a root canal. Because of the referred pain, it was difficult for me to identify the exact tooth bring the affected tooth. Dr. Patel used his skills to determine the tooth in pain and quickly and painlessly did the root canal that was necessary! Thank you so much!

Lisa was very helpful the night before my emergency appt early the next morning. Christianna provided excellent support to Dr. Patel throughout the procedure. Dr. Patel was very efficient performing my root canal on tooth #13 . . . and he called me later that evening to remind me to take my antibiotics.

After 6 days of debilitating, unbearable pain, and an inability to get help from my dentist of record and an emergency dental clinic, I was referred to Dr. Patel who personally called me the night of the procedure to check on how I was doing. Who knew having a root canal could be so painless! Dr. Patel and his staff (Julie and Lisa) are excellent! Getting an appointment was quick was easy, my experience at his clinic was amazing. Dr. Patel explained the procedure and was so gentle and I was in and out in less than an hour. He called later that evening to make sure that I was feeling fine. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for any type of dental work. So very pleased.

I never thought I’d say this about a root canal, but this was truly a great experience. Dr. Patel, Lisa, and Christianna were wonderful from start to finish. They made sure I could be scheduled quickly, and the procedure itself was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and explained the why behind it all, which made me feel completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for throughout, and he even personally called me that evening to check in and see how I was feeling. I couldn’t recommend him and his office more highly.

i gave 5 stars in all categories. it was such a wonderful experience for a root canal. another dentist started the procedure, but was not able to complete the job. Dr Patel's staff welcomed me were so concerned about all i went through, that they actually worked with the other dentist to get me some of my money back. i totally did not expect that nor would have thought about it on my own. Dr Patel finished the job and his explanations and mannerisms made me feel really comfortable. i wish he performed regular dental work as i would switch to him in a second.

Needed a root canal- office got me in right away/same day! First time with Dr. Patel. Staff was wonderful, and Dr. Patel is outstanding. Got everything done in a timely manner, answered my questions, and had a pain free procedure. He also followed up with me later, which was much appreciated. Would recommend anyone needing dental work to go here, they deserve more than 5 stars!

It may seem overkill but I really enjoyed the most incredible care at the Highlands Ranch office. Lisa in particular was outstanding in her ability to get me in quickly and take care of all the various insurance and billing issues that always emerge. Christiana and Dr. Patel were fantastic in the actual operating area and the care was better than I would have expected. The cherry on top was the personal telephone call I received from Dr. Patel the evening after my procedure. He was calling to check in on me and ask how things were going. I was not aware that anyone provided that kind of care anywhere and it was astounding that he took the time to ensure I was well. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs their services. Thank you!

This is my second procedure with Dr. Patel. He is an excellent communicator, and makes you feel comfortable when undergoing your procedure. The staff are all great, and very pleasant to work with. There is a tremendous amount of empathy with their interactions, both from a medical and fiscal perspective. It's clear to me, they are a compassionate and caring team, that works great together.

Overall this was an amazing experience. I actually had issues finding the location due to GPS turning me around. When I called I was directed exactly to where I needed to be, I wasn’t waiting in the lobby long at all and the treatment didn’t take much time at all. Overall very happy and satisfied with my level of care today!
