The best staff ever

Root canals are never a good thing, but Dr. Patel, Lisa and Christianna at Highlands Ranch Endodontics were so professional and helpful I was greatful for the opportunity to be a patient of theirs. From the pre-appointment review and invaluable counsel, to getting me in as quickly as possible, I haven’t experienced this kind of genuine caring and professional competence in decades. If your unfortunate enough to need their services, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them. Again, THANK YOU Dr. Patel, Lisa and Christianna for a wonderful experience.

I had an appointment with my dentist for the pain I was feeling that was scheduled for the next Monday. When the pain became unbearable on Thursday, I could not wait anymore. They referred me to Dr. Patel who was able to see me that Thursday afternoon. I had an abscess and needed a root canal. It was the best root canal I have ever had. So smooth and fast. I am so grateful that they made time to see me. Dr Patel and his staff were so welcoming and accommodating. I would give them a 10 if possible. I was able to go on vacation afterwards with no pain or discomfort. They are the best!

I had an "emergency" appointment on May 23rd this year. My last root canal was when I was 9 years old. That appointment took a couple of hours and as a result I have hated the dentist ever since (it is the only thing that makes me anxious in life these days). I am 53 now, and I went in on the 23rd expecting the worst, again. I wanted to be "put under" or have valium, etc, but that would have required a reschedule. I went ahead with the procedure. I was "in the chair" for about 30 minutes. Dr. Patel and Marie were AMAZING! I think that was the first time they have asked "How was that?" after a root canal and had the response "That was wonderful!" They both stopped in their tracks and laughed. I told them they had both renewed my trust in the dental arts. 🙂 If I need another root canal I will go to Dr. Patel, no doubt. Their ability to comfort and reassure me was wonderful. The office was really nice, and all of the staff are the nicest people. Pain free in 24 hours. Not at ALL how I remembered it from when I was 9. I guess there has been progress in the last 44 years. 🙂

Timely and exemplary service. I went in for a root canal and the procedure was fast and painless. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone seeking endodontic work, His demeanor and approach really gives you a calmness and confidence in his work

I wish I could give Highlands Ranch Endodontics 10 stars because they are amazing all around! I was a new patient to their practice and needed a root canal ASAP. Not only were they willing to get me in quickly, they were willing to give up a lunch break to do so (talk about service above and beyond!). They have a lovely office space that is comfortable and clean. Every staff member was friendly and caring and Dr. Patel is clearly an expert in his field giving me superior treatment. They had me in and out in under an hour and a day later I am pain free. I cannot recommend them more highly!

I absolutely loved it here! They were all wonderful from the moment I walked in the door until I left. I had a warm friendly greeting, and was brought back quite quickly! The dental assistant/nurse was amazing! She was personable and professional! The endodontist was comforting and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! And so fast! Wow! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great office staff, very friendly and accommodating. They were able to fit us in on a cancellation and had our insurance estimate already for me when we came in the next morning without much time to prepare. Dr Patal was very welcoming and put my son at ease. Then Dr Patel even called that evening to make sure he was doing ok. Would highly recommend this office!

I needed a root canal on short notice and not only we they able to get me in the same day, but they also made certain that I had everything I needed beforehand so that I didn't have to spend time in the waiting room filling out paperwork. The staff is friendly and excellent at their jobs, the doctor is knowledgeable and skilled, and my experience was a 10 out of 10. I'm very grateful that Dr. Brockman recommended Dr. Patel to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who needs his services.

The whole staff was very nice and very helpful. Dr Patel was so very nice and did a great job on my procedure that I had done. He called me later that evening to make sure I was doing well and feeling ok. I really appreciate when a Doctor is that attentive to your wellness. The office is very nice and well decorated too. I would refer Dr Patel and the whole staff to anyone. This is why I gave five stars to the doctor and the staff.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Patel and can't say enough nice things about him. He explains each step he is going to take and always is attentive to the needs of the patient. The after hours call to me from Dr. Patel was such a nice gesture and very much appreciated. The moment you enter the office the staff is so very nice. They always take time to answer questions, etc. It is a true pleasure to go to this office. No one likes to have a root canal but Dr. Patel makes it very comfortable.

Dr Patel and all of his staff provide superior care. When was the last time you had a doctor call after hour to check on you? It was a considerable drive for me to get to Highlands Ranch DO. Worth every minute. I won't go anywhere else. This practice is a model for others to follow.
